4. Shipping and Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Custom-cut or special-order items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
